What areas on the Big Island do you service?
We service all major areas of the Big Island, including Kona, Hilo, Volcano, Waikoloa, and Kohala Coast. (Replace with your specific coverage areas)
How far in advance should I book my transportation?
We recommend booking your transportation as early as possible, especially during peak seasons. However, we will try our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

Do you offer any discounts?
We offer military, kamaaina, group and return guests discounts.
What is your cancellation policy?
Groups of one to five guests must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations, while larger groups require 48 hours’ notice and private/custom tours require 72 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiting a full refund. No-shows will incur the full charge.
How much does a charter shuttle cost?
Our charter shuttle pricing depends on several factors, including the vehicle size, duration of service, pick-up and drop-off locations, and any requested upgrades. Please contact us for a personalized quote.

What types of vehicles do you have in your fleet?
Are your vehicles air-conditioned?
Yes, all of our vehicles are equipped with air conditioning for your comfort.
Do your vehicles offer any amenities?
Many of our vehicles offer comfortable seating with ample legroom, climate control. We can also arrange upgrades upon request, such as beverage service, snacks, please inquire and we will do our best to accommodate.
What size charter shuttles do you offer?
We offer a variety of charter shuttle sizes to accommodate groups of all sizes, from small families to large parties.
Can we customize our charter shuttle itinerary?
Absolutely! We offer customized itineraries to fit your specific needs and desired stops.
Are your vehicles wheelchair accessible?
Our vehicles are not wheelchair accessible but we do partner with a vendor to help assist, please inquire about these special arrangements.
Additional Services
Do you offer car seat rentals for children?
Yes, we do offer car seat, toddler, and booster seats for an additional $15.
Are your drivers familiar with the Big Island?
Yes, all of our drivers are experienced and knowledgeable about the Big Island. They can provide you with insights and recommendations for your trip.
What happens if my flight gets delayed?
We understand that flight delays can happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if your flight is delayed, and we will do our best to accommodate your revised arrival time.

Travel time varies depending on your final destination. However, we can provide you with an estimated timeframe during the booking process.
Can I book a one-way transfer or a round-trip transfer?
We offer both one-way and round-trip airport transfers to fit your travel needs.
