King Up's story began in 2022, inspired by a shared vision and a strong connection to the Big Island. While working together, my brother and I saw an opportunity to elevate the transportation experience in Hawaii. Leveraging my existing trucking company, transitioning to luxury passenger services felt like a natural progression.
Growing up in Kona, I was deeply influenced by the island's beauty and it's warm-hearted residents. This connection made it easy to assemble a team of drivers and support staff who share our passion for exceptional service. Adding another layer of family to the story, my wife Ganya, who had recently retired from a dispatching role, brought her expertise to the table. From day one, she ensured our operations ran smoothly, allowing us to focus on delivering unforgettable experiences for our guests.
